The following is a breakdown of the rates charged by the Harmony Grove Sanitary Dist. 
Water Rates are Per the Public Service Commission

Water Rates are as follows:

                                                 Quarterly fixed charge for all meters including 2nd meters: 
       
                                                 5/8" meter - $25.50                                       3/4" meter - $25.50
                                                     1" meter - $39.00                                        1.5" meter - $66.00

                                        Volume charges: All water used each quarter per 1,000 gallons - $1.53

Reinstallation of meter including valving at curbstop - $40.00
Valve turn at curbstop only - $35.00
Reattach smart box - $40.00

Sewer Rates are as follows:

-Quarterly fixed charge for single family residence - $80.00

-Quarlerly fixed rate for commercial - $90.00

-Volume charge of $2.80 per 1,000 gallons
No sewer volume charge for 2nd meters

Delinquent charge of 1% per month on both water and sewer unpaid balance

-Sewer bills unpaid after 60 day of issuance- additional $10.00 penalty
